What professional development do you offer?
We provide ongoing professional development, including an annual conference, to help you grow your skills and stay current in early learning.

What certifications do I need to work with you?
You must hold (or be able to obtain) an Alberta Child Care Staff Certification—Level 1, 2, or 3. Upon hire, you’ll also need valid Child Care First Aid/CPR and a current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
What shifts are available?
We offer early, mid-day, and later shifts. Specific schedules depend on each centre’s current needs and are discussed during the hiring process.
What does the hiring process look like?
Our process includes an initial screening, a first interview with our Recruitment team, a second interview with the Centre Director, reference checks, and—if successful—an offer.
How does training work for new hires?
Your first day includes our in-house, comprehensive online training. You’ll also receive on-the-job shadowing and mentorship before starting in your full position.
