PARENT QUESTIONS

Questions parents often ask

How do I get the parent app?

Once your child is enrolled, we’ll send an invite link. Works on iOS and Android.

Can I message my child’s caregiver directly?

Yes — caregivers reply during scheduled non-care times. Urgent? Call the centre.

How is feedback handled?

Each centre has a director — concerns can be raised in person, by phone, or via the app and are responded to within 24 hours.

Will I miss anything if I don’t check the app?
